Awarded as a Design & Construct project, ESCAPE was delivered concurrently with the neighbouring Parklane Apartments for the same client. Managing both developments simultaneously enabled Groupline Constructions to achieve significant commercial efficiencies while streamlining project coordination through shared consultants, contractors and construction resources.
