Delivered under a Design & Construct contract for the PIKOS Group, Groupline Constructions worked collaboratively with the client and consultant team to facilitate a staged building approval process. By completing the basement design first, construction commenced while the remaining building documentation was finalised, significantly improving programme efficiency and project delivery.
