MAYA is a coastal designed apartment complex located on Musgrave Street overlooking Kirra Beach. The building is 8 levels with 2 levels of basement carparking including the use of a car lift, the ground floor communal area, 2 units housed on each of its’ upper floors. The project was awarded in May 2019 as a D&C project for approximate cost of $10M. Groupline had early contractor involvement from the Development Approval Stage to assist in design, feasibility and value management.
