ZAHRA Apartments is a unique river side luxury apartment building with 22 units including an undercroft pool area, tranquil rooftop terrace, as well as a cinema room and private dining room in the communal area. The project was awarded to Groupline as a design and construct brief, working collectively with the consultants and the client themselves to further develop design during the construction period.
